Armenian banks: CS-Cart compatibility

We support Armenian banks working with ArCa through iPay and SmartVista EPG. Below are all 15 commercial banks in the current ArCa bank directory, checked on 27 August 2026 (https://www.arca.am/banks). This covers integration through ArCa, not every separate proprietary bank API.

New connections use the EPG endpoint issued by the bank. Legacy iPay remains supported under the migration policy; the bank confirms the endpoint, terminal and available operations. Each store needs an agreement, credentials and a successful pilot. ArCa directory membership is not CS-Cart test evidence.

How checkout works

The store sends an order through the VPOS.am API. Card details are entered on external hosted checkout; the add-on receives a signed notification or queries payment status on the server. Browser return alone does not prove payment.

Payment, order, amount and currency are checked before updating the order. Duplicate notifications must not process the order twice; reconciliation handles missed events. CS-Cart uses VPOS.am credentials, not bank passwords.

Requirements and limits

A VPOS.am account, configured merchant route, HTTPS and PHP 7.4+ with curl, json, hash, ctype and filter are required. The manifest targets CS-Cart / Multi-Vendor 4.14.1–4.20.1; this is not a list of tested versions.

The add-on does not initiate refunds from CS-Cart, save cards, run recurring charges or automatically split settlements between Multi-Vendor sellers. VPOS.am service terms, bank fees, add-on licensing and pricing are agreed separately.

Pilot before production launch

A licensed store must pass installation and upgrade checks, success, decline, cancellation, duplicate and invalid notifications, missed-webhook reconciliation, refund display, inventory and email checks. Evidence records the CS-Cart and PHP versions and provider route without secrets or personal data.

Package 0.2.5 is prepared, but public Marketplace availability has not yet been confirmed. Each store can move to production only after verified tests, a bank agreement and callback/reconciliation checks.
